How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online by clicking the "BOOK NOW" tab. Walk-ins are not available at this time.
Do you require a deposit?
No. We do not require a deposit.
What is your cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will result in a $20 cancellation fee. If you cannot make a scheduled appointment and fail to cancel or reschedule you will be subject to a service fee. 1st No show will result in a charge of 50% of the service price. 2nd no show will result in a charge of 50% of service price as well as termination of all future services.
Do you work on previously done acrylic or gel nails?
We prefer working on fresh sets for quality assurance. If you have existing nails from another salon please remove them prior to your appointment. We will be glad to remove them for you for a fee.
What sanitation practices do you follow?
We tke cleanliness seriously! All implements are properly cleaned and sanitized. Disposable items are used when necessary to ensure a safe and hygenic experience.
